Posting questions here gets faster replies (I receive an immediate notice when a message is posted), plus you may find someone else has already asked the same question.

Too many experts, not enough real information. Is it really critical to eat this and not that? What's most important is balance: Eat healthfully the majority of the time, and you can the occasional indulgence and still maintain your weight

Is exercise really necessary? Yes, but don't forget. All body movement counts including bending, stretching, carrying kids around, lugging your books. Just get up and get moving and you're getting exercise.
